Website/Social networks/e-Services assessment in seven local self-governments in Serbia

Government Accountability Initiative Project, funded by USAID, implemented by Checchi consulting, supports efforts to increase public participation in local government decision making and oversight to enhance the transparency and accountability of local self-government (LSG) operations. DCG part of project included assessment of 7 LG websites, e-services and social network accounts, and offer redesign guidelines, to provide compliance with latest governmental policies regarding e-government, and improve communication with stakeholders.
