RISP-funded social services tracking online tool

Hybrid web based/desktop tool for monitoring of all social services in Serbia on the municipal level in accordance with Serbian social protection law. System includes coverage of vulnerable groups, types of services, service providers and their contact details. Map presenting geographical coverage of all social services is embedded into RISP website.

RISP-funded social services tracking online tool is monitoring tool of social protection services in local communities in Serbia, created for Republic Institute for Social protection. It comprises data about social service providers, and their beneficiaries. Overview can be presented in several ways: By type of service (presence of the service in all cities and municipalities in Serbia), or by territory, meaning that it is possible to list all services provided in chosen city or municipality.
